Knowledge goal: Students can read and understand articles describing mobile Internet activities, obtain key information, judge right, and wrong, and complete mind maps.

Ability goal: Students can be familiar with and master the basic writing points of the proposal, and complete a proposal for scientific and rational use of mobile phones.

Emotional goal: Students can view the advantages and disadvantages of the Internet comprehensively and dialectically, and use the Internet correctly, reasonably, and effectively for learning and socializing.

Key points: Be familiar with and master the basic structure, features, and sentence patterns of proposals.
